Workshop bookings and cancellation policy
Booking on to a workshop
Due to the nature of our workshops, and the fact that we like to run them for small groups, we require full payment at the time of booking. We are unable to reserve places or take a deposit.
Please double check any dates ahead of booking, we know diaries get busy but we’re unable to offer a refund if you can’t attend, and again because we only offer a limited number of places in our workshops we can’t guarantee that we’ll be able to move you on to a future date.
Please also make sure that the workshop you’re booking onto is of a suitable level for you, we want you to come and enjoy the day and get the most from your workshop – this can be difficult to do if you’ve picked a workshop that requires skills beyond your confidence.
Each workshop description lists what is included, and what you’ll need to bring with you, please make sure you’re familiar with what is required and if you’re unsure of any of the requirements then please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
Cancellation Policy
All our workshops are non-refundable.
If you find you’re no longer able to attend a workshop and you give us at least 14 days notice, you can:
Find someone else to take your space, this would be your responsibility and they would need to be of a suitable skill level.
Transfer on to a future date – if space is available.
Receive a credit note to spend on a future workshop
If you give less than 14 days notice, you can:
Find someone else to take your space, this would be your responsibility and they would need to be of a suitable skill level.
If time allows and we’re able to fill your space (which we’ve found from experience can be tricky to do) then we can move you on to a future date or provide a credit note to book on to a future workshop.
Cancellation by us
If we find that we must cancel a workshop, then we’ll happily move you on to a future date, offer you a voucher or provide a full refund – whichever is your preferred option.
